Shipping policy

 

Your purchased items will be shipped using DHL Express Shipping Service for international customers. Our logistics team (Shin Inc.) will send you an email update once your order has been shipped. Please note that the shipping carrier's service is optimized for your location and may change from time to time.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and may take 7-10 business days for delivery. Please use the tracking number to contact your local branch or localized delivery company directly regarding your items after they have been shipped.
 
International Customers

By agreement with DHL, all packages are declared as goods bought and sold. Customs duties are not included in the shipping costs. Any additional charges related to customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will not lower the declared value of the package. Any returns due to refusal to pay customs duties will not be accepted.
 
SimplyComplicated is not responsible for any theft or loss of packages in transit or by delivery methods such as left-behind delivery. Any claims regarding the above should be directed by the customer to the applicable carrier.
