Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations due to customer reasons.
In the unlikely event that an item is incorrect or defective (e.g., damaged or shipped in the wrong size), please contact us within 7 days.

In the above cases, all items must be returned with the tags still attached and the box or wrapping bag must be returned with the item. Please note that any item that does not meet the above conditions or that has been washed, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
