Take your time exploring our pieces and enjoy shopping while seeing and trying them firsthand.

After signing in to your customer account, eligible customers will be able to view available appointment dates on their account page. Please select your preferred date and time and complete your booking before visiting.

We invite you to experience SimplyComplicated in person and discover our pieces in a setting unlike our online store.

Booking and Visit Information

• The atelier operates on an irregular schedule. Please check your account page for available appointment dates.

• Each appointment is limited to one hour. Please allow sufficient time to arrive, as we are unable to extend your appointment if you arrive late.

• Appointments may be booked until the day before your preferred visit date.

• A maximum of two guests is permitted per booking.

• If you cancel without prior notice or fail to attend your appointment, we may decline future booking requests and visits. Thank you for your understanding.

• The atelier is located in a residential neighborhood. Out of consideration for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the atelier and in the surrounding area.

• Photography is permitted inside the atelier. However, please refrain from taking photographs in the building’s shared areas or around the building.

• Restrooms inside the building and the atelier are not available for customer use. Thank you for your understanding.

• We accept major credit cards, electronic payments, QR code payments, and cash.
